AI Transparency Statement
At Devotion, we use AI tools to work more efficiently and deliver better results for our clients.
AI is well-suited to processing large volumes of data, finding patterns in analytics, generating initial drafts, and automating repetitive work. This frees our team to focus on strategy, judgment, and creative thinking.
How we use AI
We use AI for:
- Processing and summarising data and analytics
- Generating insights from reporting and performance data
- Drafting content, reports, and analysis for our team to review and refine
- Improving efficiency on complex or repetitive tasks
Everything we deliver is reviewed, refined, and owned by our team. AI assists our work. It does not replace expertise or accountability.
Client data
We take client confidentiality seriously. We do not share client data, including analytics, strategies, briefs, or any confidential information, with public AI tools.
Where AI tools are used in connection with client data, we use closed, enterprise-grade environments with appropriate data handling terms in place.
The tools we use
We currently use Claude (Anthropic), Google's Gemini and NotebookLM, Atlassian's Rovo, and Granola for content, analysis, and efficiency tasks. We use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, and CodeRabbit for development work. We review and update our approved tools regularly as the AI landscape evolves.
Tool selection matters. If a client has specific requirements - whether that's mandating a particular platform or restricting certain tools for governance or security reasons - we'll respect that fully. Any such preferences will be documented and stipulated in the contract or SOW, with any subsequent changes handled through a formal change request.
