The 2009 winner of Ukraine’s Got Talent, Kseniya Simonova, brings the audience first to tears, and then to their feet with her sand animation that depicts Germany’s invasion of Ukraine during WWII. The animation is performed on a giant lightbox in front of a live audience and there’s even an orchestral version of Metallica’s “Nothing Else Matters” to enjoy.
